These terms govern the consultation sessions provided by SyncPath Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (주식회사), business registration number 110-81-26515, mail-order report number 제2026-서울서초-9465호, at Sapyeong-daero 174, Seocho-gu, Seoul, 06624 Seoul, Republic of Korea ("SyncPath", "we"). By booking a session you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SyncPath provides individual financial-planning consultation sessions focused on financial goal setting for couples and newlyweds. Sessions are structured conversations. We do not offer licensed investment advice, tax filing, insurance brokerage, or legal services, and no commission is earned on financial products.

2. Booking and confirmation

Sessions are booked by email after a short intake through the inquiry form on this site. A session is confirmed only when SyncPath sends a written confirmation that includes the date, time, format (in person or video), and the fee. Until that confirmation is sent, no session is booked and no fee is owed.

3. Fees

First Goals Session: KRW 180,000 per couple, per session.
Goal Review: KRW 120,000 per couple, per review.
Single-Topic Session: KRW 120,000 per couple, per session.

Fees are quoted in KRW, are confirmed in writing before booking, and cover the session itself and the written summary sent within five business days. Fees do not include any third-party service that a goal may point to (for example, a licensed securities firm, a 세무사, or legal counsel).

4. Attendance

Both partners attend the session together. Sessions take place at the Seoul office or over secure video. If one partner cannot attend, the session may be rescheduled under the cancellation terms below.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed session without charge by emailing info@syncpath-labs.digital at least 48 hours before the start time. Later cancellations or rescheduling are addressed in the refund and cancellation policy.

6. What the session is not

A session does not produce a regulated financial product, a tax filing, an insurance policy, or a legal document. The written summary is a planning aid, not advice of those kinds. Where a goal points to work outside SyncPath's scope, the summary points to the right kind of professional and is drafted to save them time.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information on the intake form and in the session. Decisions based on the session summary are yours. SyncPath is not responsible for outcomes that depend on information you did not share, or on services provided by third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Korean law, SyncPath's liability for a session is limited to the fee paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the session summary.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from a session are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The courts of Seoul have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved by correspondence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The version that applies to your session is the version in force on the date your session is confirmed. The most recent review date is kept in the site's private build record.
