This privacy policy describes how SyncPath Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (주식회사), business registration number 110-81-26515, with office at Sapyeong-daero 174, Seocho-gu, Seoul, 06624 Seoul, Republic of Korea ("SyncPath", "we"), handles personal information collected through this website. It is written to follow the structure of a Korean 개인정보처리방침 under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA, 개인정보보호법).

1. Items of personal information processed

When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we process the following items:

Name — to address you and to identify the booking.
Email address — to reply to the inquiry and send the session summary.
Phone number (optional) — only if you provide it, to confirm a booking or to follow up on a scheduling question.
Stage of planning — the option you select from the form, to prepare the session.
Message — the short description you write about what you would like to work on.
Consent record — the fact that you agreed to this policy at submission time.
Submission timestamp — generated automatically when the form is sent.

We do not collect financial account numbers, national registration numbers, investment holdings, or income documents through this website. Any such documents are exchanged by email or in the session itself, and are not stored on this site.

2. Purposes of collection and use

To respond to your inquiry and propose available session times.
To prepare the consultation based on the stage and message you provide.
To send the written summary after a session.
To keep a record of the inquiry for the duration needed to respond, as permitted by PIPA.

We do not use the information for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not send promotional emails.

3. Retention and use periods

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking: the submitted data is retained for 12 months after the last reply, then deleted.
Inquiries that lead to a booked session: the intake data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, then deleted unless you ask for it to be kept longer.
Consent record: kept for the same period as the related inquiry.

The consent choice you make in the cookie banner is stored in your own browser under the key syncpath_consent and remains there until you clear browser storage. We do not keep a server-side copy of that choice.

4. Third-party sharing and overseas transfer

We do not share inquiry data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not transfer personal information outside Korea for processing. Email replies are sent from our own mail setup on the syncpath-labs.digital domain.

5. Data-subject rights

Under PIPA you may, at any time, request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted to us, and you may withdraw the consent you gave on the form. To exercise any of these rights, email info@syncpath-labs.digital or call +82 2-536-9418 and identify yourself as the person who submitted the inquiry. We respond within the period set by PIPA.

6. How the form is sent

The inquiry form sends a JSON request to a handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). The request is not routed through any third-party form service. If the request cannot be delivered, the form shows an error and a direct email link as a fallback.

7. Analytics and tracking

No analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts run on this site, now or in the future. The site does not set any analytics cookies. The only browser storage the site uses is described in the cookies policy.

8. Security

Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to the same-domain handler and stored only for as long as needed to respond. Access to submitted inquiries is limited to the person who replies to them.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this site.
